Terms of use

These terms apply when you use My Slot Car Track at www.my-slot-car-track.uk. By creating an account you agree to them and to our community guidelines.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Usernames must not impersonate anyone else.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store it, display it to the people you’ve chosen to share it with, and make the copies needed to run the site (such as resized photos and backups).
• You confirm you have the right to post it, and that it follows the community guidelines.
• Track owners decide who can see a track, and whether comments are allowed. Contributors’ entries stay on a track if they leave it.

Our service

• The site is currently in a free public beta. Features may change and there may be interruptions.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.
• We’re not responsible for advice shared by members — always take care with wiring, power supplies and tools.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time. To close your account, email hello@my-slot-car-track.uk and we’ll help you transfer any tracks you own and export your data.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We’ll tell you about important changes before they take effect.
